TERM OF SERVICE

The Client needs to pay for the commission in full through PayPal right after the design is decided.
The timeline for commissions is set by the Artist from the day the payment is received.
During the commission process, the Artist will give you updates on the commission for each progress made. During the sketching and line art the Client can ask for two major edits free of charge. After the lineart is completed the artist reserve the right to add additional costs for major edits (for example: it's allowed to compromise for a different color but not to change the pose of the character or additional accessories).
The Artist reserve the right to stream the process unless otherwise stated (explicitly requested by the Client).
The Artist reserve the right to refuse to draw things that they do not agreed with or make them uncomfortable.

The Artist does retain full rights to all images produced and may showcase art produced online and elsewhere. The Artist may use images in portfolios, sketchbook collections, as commission examples, and all other forms of self-promotion. However, the Artist will not sell prints or any other merchandise of individual pieces containing or depicting original characters without Client’s permission.
The Client is entitled to use the artwork for personal use only, unless otherwise stated. The Client retain the intellectual property of their characters or idea but they do not own the right over the artwork produced by the Artist. Any commercial use has to be discussed between the Client and the Artist before payment.
The Client is not entitled to receive a raw scan, .PSD, or any other file containing the layers of the work without extra payment. If payment is given to receive raw or PSD files, client is not authorized to make changes to those files and post them (i.e. recoloring to other characters) unless otherwise stated.
The Client may never claim work done under this contract as their own, taking credit for the creation of the artwork, remove any watermarks/signatures, altering the artwork without the Artist's consent.

The Artist has the right to cancel and refund the money for the commission at any time.
The Client has no right to cancel or demand a refund from the Artist under any circumstances after payment are received.
If money has not been sent yet the artist has the right to cancel the commission.
